Freedom Village encourages all residents to fill out the Resident Health History Sheet, and keep it in their condos in a readily accessible place such as on their refrigerator. This sheet can provide invaluable medical information to medical staff, emergency medical technicians, doctors, and nurses in case of an incapacitating medical emergency.
